We have a variety of different rooms available at Summerfield with 8 rooms in total.
There is a ground floor en-suite room available for anyone with restricted mobility who is unable to climb stairs.
We have 1 en-suite twin room and 2 classic double rooms with en-suite facilities in addition to having 2 standard double en-suite rooms.
There are 3 single rooms all of which have en-suite facilities

Accommodation for children
Very young children cannot be accommodated at the Guest House.
Please telephone the Guest House directly on 01262 677791 to discuss room
availability for guests with children before booking.
Children’s cots/cribs/high-chairs are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the rooms.
Room 1
Classic Ground Floor Double, en-suite shower, approximately 11.33 square meters with a rear facing view. Suitable for guests with limited mobility, but not suitable for full time wheelchair users, ( please see access statement).
Room 3
Standard First Floor Double, en-suite shower, approximately 9.45 square metres with rear facing view.
Room 4
Standard First Floor Double, en-suite shower, approximately 11.47 square metres with rear facing views. This room has a King sized bed.
Room 5
Classic Second Floor Double, en-suite shower, approximately 12 square metres, front facing with side sea views. This room has a dressing room & a King sized bed.
Room 6
Single Second Floor en-suite shower, approximately 9.1 square meters with front facing view.
Room 7
Second Floor Single, en-suite shower, approximately 6.67 square metres with rear facing view.
Room 8
Second Floor Single, en-suite shower, approximately 6.75 square metres with rear & side facing view.
Room 9
Classic First Floor Twin Bedded, en-suite shower, approximately 11.28 square metres, front facing with side sea view.
